Why We Verify Your Identity
Identity verification is required by our operating licence and AML obligations. We verify every player before processing withdrawals to confirm age, identity and source of funds. This applies to all registered accounts regardless of deposit amount.
What Documents We Require
To complete verification you will need to submit the following:
- Government-issued photo ID such as a passport or driver’s licence
- Proof of address dated within the last three months, such as a utility bill or bank statement
- Proof of payment method used for deposits
- Source of funds documentation for accounts that reach AML thresholds
Verification Process
Documents are reviewed within 24 hours of submission in most cases. We may request additional documentation if the initial submission is incomplete or unclear. Until verification is complete, withdrawal requests will remain on hold. Verified accounts are not required to resubmit documents unless personal details change.
Anti-Money Laundering
We comply with the 5th AML Amendment and apply Customer Due Diligence procedures when account activity reaches thresholds set by international AML regulation. We monitor transactions continuously for patterns associated with money laundering or terrorist financing. Suspicious activity is reported to the relevant authorities as required by law.
Account Restrictions
We reserve the right to restrict or suspend accounts pending verification or where suspicious activity is detected. Players are required to cooperate with any verification request within the timeframe specified. Accounts that fail to complete verification may be permanently closed and funds held subject to legal review.
